Which liquids can be sprayed?

How is the liquid fed to the nozzle?

With low-viscosity liquid, the negative pressure on our spray head draws the liquid directly from the storage tank. For liquids of higher viscosity, we use a pressurized storage tank. This pushes the liquid to the nozzle. There, the atomization takes place by the compressed air.

How is the amount of fluid regulated?

The minimum amount of liquid is regulated directly on our spray heads. This allows the consumption to be infinitely and optimally adjusted to your process. The once set amount of liquid always remains constant.

 

Does the amount of fluid change when the amount of air changes?

 

Increasing the spray air pressure requires more liquid to the spray head. As a result, in addition to the setting on the spray head, the amount of liquid applied can also be regulated via the spray air pressure. Basically, our systems work in the lower pressure range (from 0.5 bar). As a result, a strong misting of the liquid is prevented.

How many nozzles can be connected to an HPM MMS system?

In principle, any number of nozzles can be connected. Thanks to our modular design, even the largest transfer plants can be easily supplied via a central system. Our standard units are equipped with up to 6 connections for spray heads.
