Internal lubrication (recommended) / External lubrication possible.

Our POWERCUT AL has been developed for minimum quantity lubrication and is especially optimized for machining aluminum. Workpieces remain almost residue-free and usually do not require degreasing after machining.

POWERCUT AL is universally applicable for all machining processes in which cooling and chip transport can be realized without cooling lubricant circulation; as well as for non-cutting operations, such as thread forming, upsetting, punching, bending, cold extrusion (e.g. forward, reverse or transverse extrusion of Al and Cu).

In addition to aluminum, POWERCUT AL is also suitable for machining aluminum alloys, cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals.
