The HPM precision drop dispenser JOP – the simple way to apply liquid working media such as cooling lubricants, oils, lubricants or dispersions, precisely dosed and with pinpoint accuracy.
Can be used wherever precisely defined quantities of liquids are required.
For thread cutting, drilling, reaming, milling, deburring, thread forming, flow drilling, for point tool lubrication / punch lubrication, if additional lubrication is required.
The liquid flows without pressure from the container directly into the dosing nozzle. After a control impulse (manually either via pedal valve, roller valve or directly from the machine control), it is pressed out by a piston with pressure and brought to the point as a drop in a straight line. The drop dispenser JOP has a spherical connector. This allows it to be attached flexibly and precisely with the flexible HPM technology brackets.
